TSAIRT Mineral Co., Ltd. is located in Sükhbaatar County, Sükhbaatar Province, Mongolia, 580 km from Ulaanbaatar, the capital, and 480 km from Erenhot, China. Tumurtiin Ovoo Zinc Mine is the first overseas resource project obtained by NFC through the method of "engineering for resources", which was jointly named as "a model project of China-Mongolia cooperation" by the leaders of China and Mongolia.

The Tumultin-Aobo Zinc Mine has an annual design mining and processing capacity of 300,000 t zinc ores, with an annual output of 66,000 t zinc concentrate and a mining life of 25 years. Since it was put into operation in August 2005, the annual processing capacity reached 400,000 t ore through the technological transformation, and the product quality is excellent.
